P4 AUTOMATED PARKING
PARKING REGULATION AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. These General Terms and Conditions, issued as a public offer for customers of Hotel Lago di Braies Srl and its facilities, govern the private-law contractual relationship between the user and the parking service operator (Hotel Lago di Braies Srl).
By entering the parking area, the customer enters into a contract for the use of a parking space and fully accepts these regulations, in accordance with the applicable tariffs and these General Conditions of Use, without any obligation of surveillance or custody on the part of Hotel Lago di Braies Srl. The collection of a parking ticket is mandatory in all cases, even if the automated barrier is open due to malfunctions or other events.
2. The parking facility is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
3. Vehicles are divided into the following categories:
Motorcycles: two-wheeled motor vehicles;
Cars: vehicles with a height of up to 2.00 meters and up to nine seats;
Campers: vehicles with a height exceeding 2.00 meters;
Buses: vehicles with a height exceeding 2.00 meters and more than nine seats.
Dedicated parking areas are provided for vehicles referred to in letters c) located in the last row of the parking area. Access for campers is permitted only until the designated spaces are fully occupied or provided that the height restriction barrier at the entrance does not prevent access.
Exclusive areas are also provided for vehicles referred to in letters a) and d), as indicated by the appropriate signage.
Any damage caused to the height restriction barrier at the entrance will be charged to the responsible party.
4. Customers who, after entering the parking area, do not wish to accept these regulations may exit the area within 15 (fifteen) minutes from entry without incurring any charge, by inserting the ticket collected at entry into the exit terminal.
5. The parking ticket entitles the holder to park the vehicle in available spaces, excluding reserved spaces. Parking in front of emergency exits, pedestrian entrances or exits, or in reserved spaces is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the operator reserves the right to remove the vehicle at the customer’s expense and to apply a penalty of €1,000.00, without prejudice to the right to claim compensation for any greater damage.
In the event of loss of the ticket, a replacement ticket will be issued upon payment of €120.00.
6. Payment must be made before exiting the parking area at the automatic payment machines, which will validate the ticket for exit. The vehicle must exit the parking area within 15 (fifteen) minutes from payment. If this time limit is exceeded and the vehicle remains within the area, the customer must make an additional payment at the payment machine in accordance with the applicable tariffs.
Exiting the parking area by tailgating another vehicle without scanning a validated ticket at the automated exit device (before the barrier) will result in a penalty of €200.00, without prejudice to compensation for any damage caused to the automated system and general expenses.
7. Payment machines issue a receipt by pressing the “receipt” button at the time of payment. A receipt may also be requested after payment by rescanning the ticket at the payment machines within the 15-minute exit period. After this time limit, it will no longer be possible to print the receipt. An invoice may be requested at the hotel reception by 8:00 p.m. on the day of payment; requests submitted after this time will not be accepted.
8. The amount payable by the parking customer is calculated based on the duration of parking and the applicable tariffs. These tariffs are displayed within the parking area near the payment machines and are deemed known and accepted by the customer upon entering and parking a vehicle in the facility.
9. Hotel Lago di Braies Srl provides customers exclusively with marked parking spaces and assumes no obligation of surveillance or custody of vehicles, their accessories, luggage, valuables, or any other items contained therein. Hotel Lago di Braies Srl shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage to vehicles, regardless of cause, nor for theft (including attempted or partial theft) of vehicles, accessories, luggage, valuables, or other items left inside the vehicles.
The company is also not liable for damage caused by other users or vehicles, nor for damage resulting from acts of vandalism, public disturbances, demonstrations, terrorist acts, natural disasters, or force majeure. Abandoning vehicles in poor condition is prohibited; in such cases, removal costs shall be fully charged to the vehicle owner.
10. Within the parking area, customers must comply with all written instructions displayed on signs and any verbal instructions provided by parking personnel. Failure to comply with these rules shall result in the sole personal responsibility of the non-compliant customer for any damage caused to their own vehicle, other vehicles, persons, or property.
11. Camping, lighting fires, cooking food, or leaving waste or other materials within the parking area is strictly prohibited. It is also forbidden to allow dogs or other domestic animals to roam freely without a leash.
12. Parking area P4 provides 9 free parking spaces for persons holding a disabled parking permit. Vehicles displaying a valid disabled permit may park free of charge exclusively in these 9 (nine) designated spaces.
Online reservations, as indicated below, are excluded from this regulation.
13. The recording or capturing of images in any form (analog, digital, photographic, video, television, or cinematographic) of Hotel Lago di Braies Srl and all its properties—both external and internal, including the park, appurtenant areas, church, and parking facilities—is strictly prohibited. This prohibition is intended to protect property rights, image rights, privacy (including that of staff and guests), as well as decorum, safety, and fair competition. In the event of a violation, Hotel Lago di Braies Srl reserves the right to report the matter to the competent judicial authorities, both criminally and civilly, and to seek compensation for damages.
14. Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the processing of customers’ personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and confidentiality.
15. The area is subject to video surveillance for security purposes.
16. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute concerning the interpretation and/or application of these Regulations shall be Bolzano.
ONLINE-RESErvations
17. For online reservations, the rates and special offers published on the website www.braiesparking.com shall apply.
18. If the barrier at parking area P4 does not open automatically upon entry, the customer must scan the QR code displayed on the column using the optical reader.
19. The parking ticket is only valid for the vehicle type selected during the booking. If you purchased a ticket for a different category, it will be invalid and access to the parking lot will be denied. Please note that in such cases, no refund will be issued.
20. Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible under “Manage booking” up to three days prior to the arrival date (example: scheduled arrival on August 10, cancellation/changes possible until August 6, 12:00 a.m.). After this deadline, cancellations or changes are no longer permitted. However, the vehicle license plate may be modified up to the scheduled arrival date.
21. To redeem the meal voucher associated with your parking reservation, the ticket/QR code must be presented before the payment at participating establishments. Presentation after payment does not entitle you to the discount.
